For my first order I got a pink cheetah diaper and a black and pink diaper. It took awhile for them to get here because she had snap press problems, but added a tye dye diaper for the wait. Review of the product: I asked for all of one pattern and was told no problem. I finally got the diapers almost a month later on 4/10/2010 and they were not usable. And they were not the patterns I had ordered. There were many skipped stitches, split seams, elastic partially sewn through in casing, threads everywhere and the snaps did not align properly at all. I did not even get to wash them or try them out. Melinda was shocked and asked for photos. I sent them and she offered to remake them after I returned the diapers. They were to be part of my baby girl's coming home outfit from the hospital and they wouldn't make it in time, so I passed on the remake. (Baby came 3/25) I didn't want to prolong the situation any longer than it needed to be. After DC showed it was delivered the week before, I emailed about the refund and she processed it. These are some of the photos I took of them. The last picture is the diaper folded in half to see how the snaps lined up. Way off. ![]() ![]() ![]() Any additional comments: Would you do business with them again? Yes/No No, sweet Mama but the quality is just not there.

Where did you purchase the item(s) from: www.kookabearkids.com What did you buy: 3 kookabums diapers How was the customer service: at first, Melinda was very responsive. after receiving my 2nd set of defective products, I am unable to reach her. Review of the product: The diapers are definately cute. The quality is very poor. The elastic on all 6 of mine broke after 1 dryer cycle on Low. Any additional comments: I ordered 3 kookabum diapers- they are so cute! It took Melinda a few weeks to fill my order. The diapers I received had defective elastic and aplix. The 3 inserts were all coming un-sewed. I asked for a refund but Melinda preferred to replace them. Again it took a few weeks to receive the diapers. Melinda had forgotten to include the snap-in inserts. She contacted me to let me know she would ship them right away, but once again it was a few weeks before they arrived. The new diapers also ended up having defective elastic. In total, it took me 2 1/2 months from when I initially ordered until I got the final set of inserts and discovered the 2nd set of diapers was defective. I contacted Melinda several times to ask for a refund since then had have not gotten a response. Would you do business with them again? No

Where did you purchase the item(s) from: website What did you buy: 1 newly designed AI2 diaper (+ extra soaker ordered) How was the customer service: Good communication at first, but then she stopped responding. Review of the product: Cute, but rather cheaply made - snaps did not line up properly, soaker repelled, and elastics broke after 2-3 washes. Any additional comments: I never got the extra soaker I ordered. I contacted Melinda and she said she would send it. A month later, I contacted her and asked her to just reimburse me for the soaker since (if she hadn't yet sent it) since the diaper wasn't working for me anyway. I haven't heard from her since. Would you do business with them again? Sorry, but no.
