What cover do you use w/ MEOS?

I'm about to order a couple of MEOS to try for nighttime. I was also looking at the ME cover but I have a couple of Thirsties covers and some Flip covers. Has anyone used these with MEOS or other fitteds? Do they fit well? I'll order the ME cover if it's the best fit but I'd like to use what I already have, if possible.

I actually don't like the Mother-Ease covers. We usually go coverless at home, but when we go out, I put on my Thirsties (orginal sized ones with velcro) over top.

Agreed- we use Thirsties or Bummis Super Brite or ESbaby. Sometimes the ends stick out of the Thirsties and I just kind of smoosh it back in. We've never had a leak.

Oh, and BE SURE to buy the snap in stay-dry doublers. There is NO way just the MEOS would be enough by itself for over-night.
I use the MEOS & the snap-in stay-drys as a combo all the time. I've never used just the MEOS without a snap-in. I don't see how some can?

I also agree with that- I've never even tried to use them without an insert- it just doesn't seem like it would work- probably not even for day time

Agree on the doubler, I don't personally like stay dry. You might want to consider a hemp doubler (wouldn't snap in but would be nice and trim) for night. (A preemie prefold works too). The diapers are absorbant, even without the doubler, but get wet all the way through if there is no doubler (hope that makes sense).

Anyway, yes- your covers should fit over the meos.

I use the Imse Vimse Soft Cover with snaps http://nickisdiapers.com/catalog.php?category=62 It's very full cut and fits well over the MEOS. You can get velcro too.
Another cover that fits: Swaddle In Cloth http://hyenacart.com/gallery_open.ph...64&category=21 They fit really well over MEOS as well.
Third cover I use: Swaddlebees ABC snap wrap http://www.swaddlebees.com/Products/...4Pa38Ta38Rax10 which also fits great but is a bit more expensive.
Or you could go for wool!

Just my about the MEOS for night time though: They really are not that absorbant so you are going to need to put some major doublers in there, unless your LO is a very light wetter.

We use Bummis SB. Thirsties do not fit well on my DD. But we do not use our MEOS at night.

Thirsties are great as are pull up wool covers. I love wool longies. That is probably my favorite. Oh and in the summer: COVERLESS!

we use a Kissa's Wool Lover Soaker over our MEOS with a stay-dry insert from my Flip. Works awesome for my peeing machine!

ETA: This is our nighttime diaper combo. he wears it for about 11 hours straight, and nurses all night long!
