Meal ideas for a picky 2.5 yo

DD likes to eat soups and stews. That's pretty much it. She'll eat pizza, french fries (Ok, well mostly ketchup) but I won't give her those all the time.
I can sneak in some meat if I hide it in rice but if she notices, she won't eat it.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can feed her? I need something other than the same old bean soup or stews she normally likes to eat

Oh gosh I need help here too! Ds is almost 3 and will eat chicken, fries, the occasional apple or pb & j and thats about it He used to eat fruit really well too. I hope some one has some ideas!

Dh says she needs to eat what we eat, or we starve her a little so she's hungry enough to eat anything. the problem is, she won't try anything new
