BM in babyfood

Does anyone know the best way to heat a homemade babyfood when thinned with BM?

I created sweetpotatoes a few weeks ago and thinned with BM and froze it, now I am wondering how in the world I am going to warm it up!

You can just warm it in a water bath as you would frozen breast milk.

I think a water bath as the pp said will be best for you since the sweet potatoes already have the BM added. Just for future reference, if you freeze the homemade baby food plain, it's much easier to reheat and then thin as needed before serving.
