Ameda Flexishields or reducing inserts?

Does anyone have experience with these? I hate the feeling I get when I pump. I'm a 38 C cup and, in my opinion, think I have mildly sensitive nipples. I'm thinking the standard size shields might be too big for me. I currently use the Ameda purely yours electric dual breast pump. I was hoping to find a comfortable insert for the shields to make my experience more, well, comfortable! I was wondering if you think I should get the flexishields or the reducing insert or is there another option for me altogether?

I haven't had experience with those, but have you tried using warm wash cloths on your breasts? That helps a lot. Hugs!

I have an Ameda purly yours and I am a 38 DD. I have never liked using the flexishield. I just use the hard plastic pump straight up. HTH

i have used the flexshields and not used them. now i just use the plastic horn only. but when i used the flexshields i did like them. they do make the horn smaller. i am a DD now but i don't remember what i was before (when i had to use the flexshields). I do have them and are willing to part with them if you would like them. just pm me.
