Combi Twin or City Micro double stroller?

Any opinions on either of these? I'm due in August, and will then have four children under 4 1/2. I think it's time to get a double stroller. (I've been using a single stroller, reclining the back and plopping my older two in and having my 1-year-old on my back in an Ergo).

We don't have anywhere to try double strollers here, so I'll have to pick something online without trying it first.
I'd like something
*easy to steer and push (mostly for stores or sidewalks - the single we have now is such a pain to steer, even for my husband)
*light and easy to handle (I'm petite)
*durable - we'll probably need it for a few years

I had the Combi Twin Savvy (side-by-side), and it was okay for pushing indoors, but I really hated it on sidewalks, and especially up hills. It does fold up so small though, the smallest double stroller that I could find. I sold it though, because it just didn't do what I wanted it for (outdoor walks on paved paths).

we have the combi double side by side too. I love it! I mainly use it in malls or places where i know my 3yr old will get tired.
