Your feelings are never insignificant first of all! No one can understand what you are going through except you. I too suffered from PPD after my 3rd child. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I sought help from my OB who put me on Zoloft which is the most recommended medication when moms are breastfeeding. I only had to take for 5 months. Your hormones can get way out of wack during and after pregnancy. This is nothing that you can help. My DD is 8 months old now and I am doing much better. It can definetely get worse without treatment. Please get help from your doctor for you and your children. As far as your husband goes, MEN can never understand what we women go through! Being a mom is not easy and sometimes we all need a little help. I wil keep you in my prayers. I pray that God will carry you through this and that brighter days are ahead!
