Blister from vaccine?

DS2 just turned 1 and got 2 of the 4 "recommended" vaccines at his check up (Hep and Prevnar) and when I took the bandaid off he has a blister there. Has this happened to other people? Should I be worried? He also seems to have a few pinkish spots spread around (could be bug bites b/c pretty diperse). I think the nurse did both in one leg, I was looking at his face to distract him so didn't actually see her give them but he only had 1 bandaid but she brought in 2. I don't really like the office anyway but there really aren't any great places that take the boys insurance for new clients.
