We had red lentil sloppy joes last night. I think tonight we are having some nori rolls. I haven't quite planned out the rest of the week, but I'm thinking we will probably make some stir fry one night, and probably mashed potatoes and corn with seitan on the side another night (I know, I know. But I'm in the mood for comfort food), and probably some black bean and sweet potato flautas later in the week.

I'm working on my monthly menu but not many ideas yet ...
Here's what I got so far , a lot of chicken recipes . Chicken Parmigiana from the Pioneer Woman Italian chicken with balsamic sauce Cuban hamburgers meatloaf (pioneer woman again) ranch style chicken (PW) Chicken pot pie

Im makin breakfast burritos tonite. Ham, sausage, fried potatoes, red pepper, and eggs. Yum! And bonus : will have leftovers for another night.

We do mostly organic and local. Here is this week.
Sauteed fish and broccoli rabe over polenta Broiled chicken, homemade rolls, two-potato gratin, garden salad chicken salad, basil, tomato and mozz chz on homemade sanwich rolls, homemade swt potato chips, garden salad baked tofu, gingered broccoli and peas on noodle nests, cantaloupe greek salad and pita bread vegetarian tamale pie pasta w/ marinara and tvp, garden salad
