does your 4 year old still nap??

DD never ever napped for me... so no but she slept all night or only woke up once or twice from the first night she was born.

My dd just turned 5 in April and still naps everyday (well, most days - I'd say 5 out of 7). She is expected to go in her room and have 'quiet time' every day for as long as the boys (ages almost 4 and almost 2) are asleep, which is usually 2 hours. She can read, play games, etc... but most of the time she falls asleep. She really does NEED a nap though, whether she actually takes one or not.

My dd is an early riser (I'm talking 5 am, sometimes before O.o) and by the middle of the afternoon is just withered. She goes to sleep between 7 and 8 (she'll put herself to bed even), but the naps in th emiddle of the day are still definitely NEEDED.
