Re: TTC while nursing question?
I hate to be the spoilsport but....
I got ppaf back when ds was 7mo. Within 2 cycles it regulated and I started charting my temps and taking opk's in hopes to concieve again. From May 2006 until April 2207 I had very regular periods but my luteal phase was waaay too short to support a pregnancy. Three different medical practioners said it was most likely due to the fact that I was still nursing. From what I understand (and a little research I did) prolaction levels are at their highest at night so nightweaning might be an option to help with luetal phase. I eventually did end up encouraging ds to wean in February at 18mo so we could get the ttc ball rolling. Here is a link to my charts if you are interested. Ds weaned around O time Feb 14th or so. HTH! Feel free to pm me if you need any other info!
