My Mood:
crocheted wool, stretch, and fit

I bought some crocheted wool shorties a while ago and am only now brave enough to try them. Also super excited that a top we have coordinates sooo well. Really hope they're not outgrown!! The yarn is lilac, coral, aqua, and butter twisted together, not varigaited. Top is lilac w/ pintucks and embroidered flowers in aqua, hot pink, orange, lt pink, yellow, dk lilac...little puff sleeves, crochet trim on neck... soooo cute!

I pulled them on over a dipe and they went up w/o much of a struggle. However, they stretched/expanded in such a way over her bottom as to make the dipe fabric visible if you look for it. Should have taken a pic, but didn't, and she's sleeping now. Will this make them leaky?

Hmm...It depends on how visible it is. It SHOULD be ok as long as it's not bigger holes....

I agree with pp, as long as they aren't stretched so much that the stitches are really far apart it should be fine!
