San Antonio moms - low cost/no cost/sliding scale prenatal??

anyone know where to find it? I am good with SA or the surrounding hill country (Bandera, Boerne, Kerrville, Hondo, Castroville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Waring, etc..)...

The only one I have found so far is A Woman's Choice in SA (on San Pedro) and I can get all prenatal, one u/s, and csection for 1800.00 but the minimum payments are not doable for me even though the total cost is really reasonable. (75.00 first appt which we managed, it came with u/s.. then 375.00 every four weeks, total must be paid by 24wks and last payment needs extra 200.00 to cover csection.. so to start right now at 16 weeks, I would have to pay them TWO payments of 375.00 and then another 375.00 in a month at 20wks, and then 575.00 final a month later at 24wks..) I think 1800.00 including delivery is really wonderful but I wish it were smaller payments and stuff since there is NO way we can come up with that much at once..

Does anyone know of any clinics for prenatal that are low/no cost or sliding scale?
