I need recipes to use up granola and green (not ripe) tomatoes

We have a ton of granola (my husband over did it...) and I have gophers in my garden that uprooted my tomato plant- so there are a ton of green tomatoes on it- any ideas for using these up??? Thanks!

For the tomatoes, look up fried green tomatoes. I don't have the recipe but made them once and they were so good.

YOu can also do stir fries with them. You will need garlic, meats if you'd like, a bit of oil, soy sauce or mushroom soy sauce for a sweeter taste, salt, pepper and perhaps sugar to taste. Eat with rice.

No idea on the granolas, sorry.

Can you sit the tomatoes on a window sill and get them to ripen? I have blossom rot on a few of mine so I went ahead and picked them a week ago. Three are starting to turn now, so I'm hoping the rest will too.

Sorry, I'm no help on the recipes.

I don't have the recipe at the moment, but you can make a green tomato salsa. You use green tomatoes instead of tomatillos. I made it last year when a freeze cam in before my tomatoes were ripe.
