I'd call and talk to them it could have been an honest mistake... like someone new and not knowing what there doing. I hope you get it figured out!! I've only had to deal with CS once and they were super helpful!!

I agree that I would give them a call to see if they can make light of the situation. It could've been a mistake. Or I would think its even possible that it was because the new 4.0s just came out. Perhaps the 3.0s are marked the same as seconds. I would be upset, too.

THe big X usually means seconds - I ordered Econobums seconds and they have the X. If they don't have anymore 3.0 in stock, they should replace your diapers with 4.0 diapers. You paid for first quality and have first quality warranty, not for seconds.

Update: Cotton Babies quickly replaced my dipes for first quality 3.0s. Yay! They weren't sure how the seconds slipped by, but pleasantly fixed the problem.

yay! glad they fixed the problem!
i've sent in a diaper for replacement before. it was right after they went to the 3.0. Since I sent in a 2.0 diaper and received back a 3.0. so, even if they don't have 3.0s, they would send a first quality 4.0.
