Anyone's LO a child model? Tips needed!

My daughter has her first "go see" today, and I was hoping to get a few pointers before we head out.

Does anyone have a child model? What can you tell me about "go sees"? I have to bring four changes of clothing to show her versatility, what do you suggest I bring? I was thinking one dress, one skirt set, one short set, and one jeans set. Do you take something to bribe your child? DD has this super fluffy dress that she loves to wear, and I told her she could wear it when we were done. I was also thinking to bring some M&Ms to keep the smiles coming.

Anything will help!! Thanks!

I have no idea! Have fun though!!

My only advice is what I was taught in acting school.... Never sign up under a company who expects you to pay them BEFORE they find you work. The way the reputable places do it is that you sign up with them, they GET YOU A JOB, and then they take a cut of what you earned on that job. You shouldn't have to pay them anything upfront. No required classes or photo shoots thru their people, nothing that makes you pay them.

GL!!

It really is just one of those things you feel your way thru and learn as you go. They will be prepared for the fact that sometimes kids just do their own thing or really don't want to cooperate at the moment. Just stay calm and keep it fun and don't get your hopes up about each possible job. Most models go to tons of jobs before getting booked for anything. I hope she gets it but you don't want her to see you disappointed or for her to feel that there is something wrong with her. Just use it as fun outings to meet people, go new places and make new friends. Good luck!
