Diaper Swappers

DD is SUPER picky. She loves stew, curry, bean soup...that's about it.
I'm not the greatest cook but I want to try to make her something to eat so we don't have to buy.
So any easy recipes would be appreciated. Oh, and I don't have a crock pot yet (man I want to get one soon)

I'm on a diet and this is the simple yummy soup I've been making. I simmer chicken in water, tomato chicken bouillion (the Mexican food section, can't remember the brand) a couple smashed cloves of garlic, onion powder, and a can of diced tomatoes, and some spinach. Oh, and a bit of crushed red pepper. Easy peasy yummy soup.

This is not the healthies soup, but it is super easy and I LOVE IT!!!
Potato Cheese Soup
1 bag frozen hashbrowns
1 block velveeta
1 med diced onion (or onion onion from tastefully simple)
salt
pepper
5 cups milk
1 teaspoon dried dill weed

put it all in the pot and cook over low will cheese is melted! I top with crumbled bacon and grated cheese. Super easy and oh so good!
