Diaper Swappers

I just made some pitas. They turned out not as fluffy as i like. kind of stiff. Any one know how to remedy this? im thinking more water is needed. While i was kneading the dough was very stiff to begin with. I can type out the recipe if needed.

It may need more oil since that is what helps keep bread moist/fluffy when it is baking.

And if they are still stiff after baking, try putting them into a plastic bag right after baking- but don't seal the bag. The added steam and heat will help soften them a bit.
