My latest: tofu jerkey! 1 box of firm tofu soy sauce orange juice peanut or almond butter Slice tofu 1/4 thick. Mix everything else together really well (1pt soy sauce to 2pts juice, and 1-2TBS nut butter) Dip tofu in maranade, make sure its well coated in both sides. Dehydrate for a long time (I just stuck it in overnight) mmmmmm!
