OMG! That is so my DD. From the minute we get home until bedtime it is non-stop whine. If I set her down for even a second she is screaming her head off. I am about to be off for the summer in two weeks and I don't know if I can do it. I am in awe of all you SAHM.

I just got an ipod..and I did that last night.. my dd was crying while she was cleaning her room .. soooo.. I turned it on shuffle..and turned it up .. till she came out and said she was done..HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. took her an HOUR to pick up not that many toys... she was just being cranky...LOL

BTW... my 9mth old has been like that...but he has a diaper rash and is teething... I would whine to if I was him

OK, it's just DS babies 9 month whine time, I think. Mine aren't quite 9 months but they're right there with yours, LOL.

My 9 month old is doing the same thing....right now. He is teething bad, so he is up half the night crying and then whines throughout the day. Oh and since DS wants more attention and wants to be permanently held, my 2 1/2 year old is acting out. She is crying and whining all the time, and when she is not doing that she is getting into stuff for attention. I could just cry, cuz I'm tired and cranky.

Sry...I'm venting too. I just really understand what you are dealing with.

Re: 9 mo will not ever stop whining!!!!!!!

ugh another 9 month old whiner here. and i'm fairly certain he has NO REASON for it. if i put him down he whines....if i try to put him down while he's sleeping he pops up and starts whining. lord forbid he not want to be held and NOT WHINE while not being held. drives me NUTS!!!! and he will crawl over to me....wrap his arms around my legs pull himself up and pathetically look at me and cry while i'm trying to get something done.....or like the other day while i was folding clothes laid his head on my foot and whined. seriously now. i tried to put him down to pee yesterday....he cried, then held his breathe until he passed out. i mean honestly. and yes...i did pick him up, ending up holding him while he was still in the process of holding his breathe...all the while i was peeing. i seriously was going to pee my pants if i didn't go.

oh and for those that aren't familiar with breathe holding...it's truly not that big of a deal my older two do it and have been to specialists...so don't freak out about my being so calm about it lol.
