My PP is still in my maiden name too... I've been married for almost 6 years.

I've been away for a while. I was trying to get ready to go visit my grandma in California with the kiddos, but night before last she had a stroke and my mom left immediately so I don't have a travel companion. I don't know if I am going to try and brave the 1000 miles by myself or not.

As for knitting, not much going on hee. I am kind of waiting on my DBK yarn, but thinking about using up some of the patons I have or starting a new pair of socks.

I'm a loose knitter as well. But according to Stephy, I don't have near enough yarn anyways. Guess that was $10 blown on something I won't use. Too bad you can't return electronic pattern.s

Here's my recipe:

5 tomatoes diced very small
2 onions diced very small
fresh cilantro
minced garlic
1/2 green pepper
a little jalapeno if you want it spicy
2 small cans diced green chilis

Mix it all up and let is sit so the flavors marinate and it's good to go

Or you can cheat and use a couple cans of Ro-tel to cut the time in half

I'm sure you'll get the chance to use it.
