most of the pain it the nipple itself. There are rips/tears around the nipple and everytime I pump they get pulled open again. They felt great this morning before I pumped but now I'm is a lot of pain again.

Not really deep pain, mostly nipple pain but it gets worse when I get cold or my nipples shrink, yk.

I didn't know I needed to do vinegar rinses but I can do that. Thanks for the tip. I was just washing thoroughly between uses.

It's not much. I really want to nurse Fynn but I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever heal up if I keep pumping/nursing.

I love cooler weather and I adore wind but every time a cool breeze blows past me right now it's like I'm being stabbed in the tit.

Ok, I'll stop now. It doesnt help to moan about it.

I totally remember that feeling when I got cd too, Janine. Ouch!!

I hope all heals well and fast for you.
I think they recommend a 10/1 water/vinegar solution to rinse with. You can also add it to your laundry rinse that has your bras in.

Tif, so sorry. Hope you can get past it all, that's a lot to deal with.

We slept much better last night, everyone even stayed in their own beds and didn't get up until 7am and 8am. The top floor is not nearly as cool as the basement.

Ian ran off with Rosie's glasses and we have no idea where they are. This is going to be fun!
