Pleated skirty I'm working on in MM Snow Princess (variation from a coop)

I love that sweater, I haven't seen that pattern!

I think I like 1/2 linen and linen stitch best in soft colors that just kind of blend together like both of those are doing.

Cristi - Hugs....

PurlyQ - gorgeous yarn

Ashley - the I-cord looks really good, and the longies are great.

I can't remember everything else, but there have been lots of great pics on here today. Beautiful work, ladies!

Not gonna get a whole lot of knitting done this weekend. DH and DS are leaving on a boys' camping trip (with the uncles) in about an hour, so I'm going to pull out the sewing machine and get crackin' while they're gone and I don't have to clean up the mess! Fix the Easter dresses that have been hanging in my closet since...Easter. (oops!) Stuffed cat for DD, last few diapers, knitting needle roll and maybe a yarn pod. I'm thinking optimisically, here, about how much sewing I can get done between now and Sunday night. Hee! Hee!

After my sewing spree is done, I need to do a cub cuddler and matching hat for my sister's baby who will be here in a couple of weeks. They'll be perfect for newborn pics, and I've got some super soft, fuzzy yarn for them. Also going to do a tulip sweater and a marley hat in pastels in a 3-6 month size. I'm hoping the cuddler and the sweater will go pretty fast, since they'll be so tiny. Then I can finish up the skirty and get working on longies while awaiting coop yarn for sweaters (that we probably won't need until Nov. or Dec.)

I also want to make the three girls each a Waldorf doll for Christmas. Hmmmm...I'd better get off the computer and get my hands busy! LOL!

Gotta leave for gymnastics.

I love both the sweater and the skirtie!

Alrighty guys, I finally get to CO the fire on the mountain SH. For some reason, no matter how many times ive done it, I always still have to look up the provisional CO for a refresher.
So glad you like it!!! I've been wanting to do a semisolid red - thanks for giving me a reason!!!
