Cristi At least she doesn't need surgery right now. Is it possible for you to get another opinion from a different NS?

Here's the most recent longies, DD Pumpkin Royale. I still need to make the drawstring and attach the pockets, that's my project for tonight once DS goes to sleep. I think I was too aggressive in blocking since the hips didn't go back to preblocking size :-(

Nice!

no wip pics, but a fo pic

it's a skirty for my friend's daughter's first birthday. It's micsknitz shirly temple colorway on kona superwash. I bought 2 skiens plus trim to make this skirty and didn't even use a whole skein, so I am going to try to sell the rest, hopefully.

A fam friend is over and he loves it, too! This week I'm going to cast on some bodices for a few knit/fabric frocks for the girls.
I've also got a non-knit/crochet project going on too- I'm painting a wooden letter for a hairbow holder. I've 'picked up' hairbow-making the last year or so and I'm going to make Ella a huge bunch of mostly lined clips for school and we have so many now we need a bow/clip holder, lol! Hopefully I can finish that in the next few days.

I have to bake cookies today, and possibly brownies too. Dane's 4th B Day (DS5) in Tuesday and I have to make some dry runs on cupcakes. We're doing a beach thing with them, if all goes right and we'll all go to the beach since that's what he's asked to do. My little beach bum!
a beach birthday sounds like SO much fun!

AFM..I finally seamed my sweater and now am doing the sleeves in the round. I have been a horrible slacker because I dreaded the seaming. Now that it is behind me I am much happier to be working on it!

It stands for Knit Along - there is a bunch of us doing an RHS or Sleuthing Hoodie knit along in the craft section - actually it is really a sweater knit along for any sweater pattern!!

and the pattern only goes up to an XL which is bust size of 47 inches and it calls for 14 skeins!!
oh and I think that I am going to update my progress on my blog more than on here because I am sure that it will take a long time!
This yarn: http://www.knitpicks.com/yarns/Caden..._D5420129.html is AWESOME too, and uber soft!

I'm contemplating making one for me too...it has a link to mods for a 52" bust in the description...hmm...I have plenty on my knitting card right now though!!
