Its possible, depending on the kid! Kate was completely potty trained (including over nights) at 19 months.

So we've got the supplies, some training pants, underwear, and of course...potties. We've been talking about it and getting Cy ready although we're not really "starting" until Monday. And tonight when I got done cleaning up the dinner dishes I found some poop NEXT TO the potty. He took his diaper off, popped a squat and did his thing. Is it odd that I find this encouraging?
