My *almost* 28 mo old is doing this as well...and it was concerning me, but I guess it's more normal than I thought

I don't like the sound, but it doesn't bug me as much as just imagining that it hurts..when he does it, it hurts my teeth...lol

ok yes its normal.
read elizabeth pantleys book about preschool and toddler sleep (sory cant remember the name exactly) she has a section with teeth grinding. some techniques can help you out. goodluck!

Well, she hasnt done it (that Ive heard) since the other night. So, that is good. Can't STAND the sound.
