i know some docs do a pap with a cotton swab when a woman is pregnant, this time that's how i had it done but with my first two ds's it was just a regular pap. in fact i had two done with my first ds. so i don't think that caused anything. i'm so sorry mama, i know you were hoping.

Oh, I'm sorry mama!! This is my 4th and I've had paps at all of my first OB appt with no problems, not even spotting or cramping.

I'm so sorry, I know that even without a pregnancy it's still a loss. I'm sure it'll happen for you soon, til then

Oh I'm so sorry! ((HUGS))...I've always had paps at my first OB appointment too. They have all been around 9-11weeks along though. I hope it happens really soon for yoU!

thanks for the support mama's!!!! we are taking a break and are going to start trying again december. DH will be home for 3 months then and hopefully it happens then for us. but i think i am going to use this break to get fit and healthy so hopefully ttc is easier for us next time
