Bloating...ugh...

I don't remember experiencing this with my first two pregnancies...I start out the day fine, but by 7pm or so my tummy is bloated and uncomfortable...it's fine again by morning.

Any ideas for relieving this? It's seriously uncomfy! And no, I'm not constipated or anything...all systems go It's just my stomach swells up in the evening and kinda hurts. Ideas?

Hey Bethany,

Yeah, I got bloating the the begining and it was uncomfortable. I would put hot/really warm washcloths on my abdomen for 10 mins at a time I also tried to rest on my left side while I was doing it. It helped, but didn't completely take it away. I guess it can be considered 'normal' but it wouldn't hurt to mention it to your dr at next appointment. I can't remember exactly but I think my uncomfortable bloating went away after about 2-3 weeks.
