I got a new oven today...Convection YEAH! I was wondering what should the first think I bake in it be? Not counting the Frozen pizza we had for dinner.

cookies! I love how roasts turn out in my convection oven too.

Ditto on cookies! We had a convection in San Diego, and then when we moved here they had a convection oven, so we negotiated it on the contract. I love convection ovens! They use 25% less energy and cook 25% faster, and everything comes out so even. Bread bakes perfectly.

I vote cheesecake, that's because I'm craving it. I made a cheesecake in a friends convection oven and it came out perfect and with no cracks!

I ended up making box brownies ( idon't even know why I had the mix) but I have been working my way through the list of breads that I sell so far everything has come out wonderfully.

So jealous! I rent, and have this ancient oven. It works well, so there is no chance I'll get a new one, but I'd love to have a convection oven. One day!
