Oh man... suggestions?
I have a chicken roasting in the oven, and I was going to go dig some potatoes from the garden to go with it (along with some other veggies). It is now thundering and rainy out, and I don't have a back up plan!
What would you serve with a roast chicken, other than potatoes/rice (I'm out of rice too  )?
