Janine, I just saw that you asked for the recipe... here's the ingredients for the marinade. I cut the chicken into strips, then marinated it in this sauce for 2 hours. I threaded the strips onto skewers and grilled on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes each side

At the end, I garnished with sesame seeds and fresh chopped cilantro

1/2c. peanut butter
1/3c. honey
1/4c. soy sauce
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp minced fresh ginger

that sounds good Rebekah! What are you doing up so late? I'm up late because DH is out celebrating his birthday and I cant sleep when he's out drinking....
