mmm... I LOVE apple pie with a crumb top!! I would love to try applesauce this year too, I SO wish I had a pressure cooker so I could can a bunch! I love mine chunky with cinnamon and no added sugar

Yum! I'm so excited now!! i did make a basic applesauce in my crockpot and it turned out great. I'm going to start hunting down recipes for some of the yummy stuff you all mentioned.
