Spraying milk?

DS is almost 6 months and I still spray too. I gave up on washable nursing pads and use the lanolish disposables. I hate how wasteful they are but it is better than having to change bras every time I nurse.

I had the same problem and to keep them from choking i would always hand express a small amount into a burp cloth. It took about 6 months but it finally settled down.
