question regarding paypal

I am newer here. I have done a few transactions and have a quick question. In The sales I have done, I have requested the buyers pp and sent an invoice. Is that customary or do I provide my pp and they just send it. Does it matter?

nah, not really needed. It's an extra step you don't need to do. Just give the buyer your paypal address and they send the money. I've never sent a request unless someone has asked for it.

I agree, not really needed. You can if that's what makes you feel better, but not necessary.
