What can't be bleached?

I'm so sick of the stink, I WANT IT GONE for good!!! Going to get some Sun detergent; but I'm going to bleach first. So, what can't be bleached, pockets, covers? And what do I do with those, boil?

Officially, you're not supposed to bleach anything because it may cause the fibers to break down more quickly. In real life though, I've bleached my dipes which are PUL, hemp, cotton, microfiber, windpro, suedecloth, microfleece, knits, wovens, etc, and nothing terrible has happened. I only used 1-2 TB of bleach, and diluted it with water, then did an extra rinse with vinegar to make sure it was all out. I dont do it often either, only once when I was desperate and had nothing to lose.

as long as you only use 1/4 cup you should be able to bleach any of it. i know when other things don't work i'll be bleaching
