Ok so I know I have had 2 babies but I still have some questions.

I never lost/don't know what it was if I lost my mucous plug with either of the other 2. How do you know if you are lossing/have lost your mp? Also does it happen over a few days or all at the same time. I need details please! Thanks mama's

Oh and can you loss it at 36 weeks or is that to early?

For me there was no mistaking it. I was taking a shower (I think it was a day or two before DS was born) and all this brownish-pink junk came out into the shower. It was super chunky and thick and pretty nasty looking. If I had put it in a measuring cup it would have filled maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of a cup. The funny thing is, a day or two before I had some stuff in my panties and I though THAT was the mucous plug. Then the REAL plug came out and I was like OMG!!!
