I found grain in San Antonio!
If anyone is interested, here's their webpage. http://bbthw.weebly.com/index.html They are doing a fall co op right now. I'm going to run down this week and check it out.

Re: I found grain in San Antonio!
We finally went today.
We got soft white, hard white, and red, plus a gallon of honey. I'm going to totally get in on their co op. They thought we had a crappy mill, but I don't care, I don't want another appliance cluttering up my kitchen. They also seemed to think I should use a dough enhancer for my bread. If I wanted preservatives in my bread, I'd buy store bought bread. But I didn't have to pay shipping, so I'm happy.
