Frozen yogourt

I wanted to make some frozen yogourt pops for my baby. He is teething right now and doesn't like regular popsicles that much but loves yogourt. I put some into those popsicle molds with the sticks but the forzen yogourt won't come out!!! Is there a trick to making it come out of the mold in one piece?

when i make it i stick a knife through the side to let air get underneath then pull the stick and they come out.

Re: Frozen yogourt

you can slightly put it in a cup of warm water...just long enough to get it loose and they'll usually slip right out

I ran mine under water while twisting for a few seconds and it worked great, I did however add a little milk and diced strawberries to it- so that may have helped it come out. They were great
