Well I cant say for sure since I cant feel what you are feeling exactly, but Ive had IBS in the past so I *know* how that feels when I have it.

I started getting constipated w/this pregnancy, and I would get horrible I mean horrible cramping, like I would even cry because of it.
However I knew (or was pretty darn sure) it wasnt from the baby.
Id usually try to go to the bathroom and at some point after the cramping I would go and then it would be fine.

I started taking magnesium and ever since Ive been taking it, I do not have the cramping or constipation any more. If I skip a dose I do notice some cramping start to come back and everything else.
Of course consult your dr/mw before taking anything.

I would talk to your medical care provider and hopefully everything is fine.

could it be your gallbladder? i know a lot of women who have had gallbladder problems show up in pregnancy and never before.

I'll ask my MW when I see her about IBS and gallbladder! Good suggestions! After a phone consultation, she decided to send me to pee in a cup, as it could be a UTI presenting itself in a weird way (I'm super prone since I still have a bladder prolapse from my last delivery).
