Day Sickness

Hi all, I'm only 10 dpo, got my bfp yesterday... but have been nauseas since Monday and today it's worse. I never really had bad sickness with my other two, definately not like this and for sure not this early on. I know what I can do about it - peppermint tea, peppermint candies, preggo pops, saltines, etc. I'm not sure what the purpose of this thread is, I guess this I just wanted to share, lol.

Well maybe I have a question. How early did you guys start experiencing the nausea, if you ever did? And how long did it last? Ok, two questions.

Re: Day Sickness

I noticed it start around 4 weeks. It was awful the whole time, except I had a few weeks when I was about 7m where it eased (didn't go away). But then it came back . So far this pregnancy I feel fine!

Congrats on the BFP!!!

Mine started at about 6 weeks and I'm starting to feel better now at almost 15 weeks.
Sprite, squirt and goldfish were a life saver.

With my other 3, morning sickness started a little before 6 weeks and was completely gone by 14 weeks. Who knows if it will be the same with this little bean though!

Re: Day Sickness

I always start getting sick around 5-6 weeks. With DS it was gone by 16weeks. With DD it was all day every day until I hit 20weeks.... after that I had some good and bad days until I delivered.

Re: Day Sickness

for both around 7-8 weeks, 1st preg the ms endedabout when the first trimester ended, w/this one it was hard and heavy for 4 to almost 5 months, i still get nauseous and even throw up sometimes, but it's must better now.
The only thing that helped me feel better was taking zofran, but I can manage now w/o taking it.

I was basically in self imposed bed rest for the whole first trimester, I felt THAT sick. It's like having food posioning everday all day!!

Re: Day Sickness

My girls pregnancies, I was sick like clockwork at 6 weeks. It usually went away by 10 weeks, but not always...sometimes 12.

With this one, which i am suspecting is a girl, I was sick at 6 weeks, it finally eased up at 11 weeks where I was no longer sick 24/7, but rather getting sick every night from 3pm on. Now, I am 13 weeks today and not getting sick at night, but still having random gagging and queasy moments and PLENTY of food aversions. This is unlike any other of my pregnancies.

With my 2 boy pregnancies, I was only sick one time with the first, and with the second, i was sick briefly and mildly from 5-7 weeks.
