I can't add too much to the above.
Just wanted to say I was GBS + with my first, then - with my second. I had antibiotics with my first (3 rounds like you!) and I also had TONS and TONS of thrush throughout breastfeeding her. Ugh. From my memory, the odds of babies born to GBS+ moms contracting it and suffering terribly are low. But I have a bad memory... so... maybe just look at some studies/numbers? When I know something scary is not a very big possibility, it always eases my mind. Plus, as the PPs have said, definately do some home remedy stuff.
