Non DS transaction- need advice what can i do?

I bought several thomas items from an ebay store, I just checked the DC this morning and it says they were delivered last Tuesday!!! Well they were not delieverd here.
Back story, My address is 128 and there is a house behind mine that is 128R- if we have sub mailman sometimes she gets my mail and vice versa-

So anyway I went to her apartment and asked if a package came- she said last week there was one outside the side apartment (where no one lives) so the buliding manager took it. So I also called the PO, its not there and told them of the situation about the mess up of addresses. I got the number of the manager from the lady and called and left a message. I said my name that I live in the building in front of the one he manages and that his tenant told me he took a package and it was possibiliy mine and if he still had it or returned it to the PO and to call me back and that the trains were for my son for christmas , left my phone number- this was about 3 hours ago- I think the lady is telling the truth, but I have a gut feeling I won't be seeing my package I spent 40$ on the contents which for us is a lot- What actions can i take if any? I am going to call him again tonight and stop by his office tomorow.

That really stinks. Unfortunately, with DC#s through the postal service, as long as it says delivered I believe they aren't liable for the package. Hopefully your package will turn up. My guess is that it will eventually find its way to you.

Sounds like you've done everything you can, maybe keep calling the PO and the apt mananger if you don't get answers. Hope it shows up for you.
