And YES, people do get epidurals for back pain! LOL It's just a one-time steroid shot in the epidural space! LOL
I had about 5 hrs of contrax before I couldn't handle it and went to the hospital, they gave me morphine which did absolutely nothing... Then after another 5 hrs I was finally able to get the epidural, which let me sleep for 2 hrs but after that I felt everything! The contrax... the ripping... putting the catheter in... the stitching...
I don't know if it wore off, fell out or just quit working but it was no help at that point.
