Do any of you have a recipe for homemade Pamela's baking mix?

I know it can be done but I was wondering if any of you had already tried it, it is so good but not cheap

Bryanna Clark Grogan, a cookbook author & long time vegan has a recipe for a gluten free flour mix here: http://www.make-your-own-bread.com/g...flour_mix.html I haven't ever used it, but I've yet to come across one of her recipes that didn't work. HTH

Thank you, but what I am looking for is a baking mix, like Pamela's, I may just use a flour mix and try to figure out what else to add, because I can't find it anywhere.
I just love the ease of Pamela's mix, add a few ing and pop into the oven and wallah

Sorry. Is it like gf bisquick kind of thing? I'm not familiar with gf stuff at all. But have tossed the idea around because I've heard that going gf can help ADHD. I'm just not brave enough to try it. We already avoid dairy and soy due to allergies, and the thought of eliminating something else freaks me out. Dunno why, though. It's just a weirdness I have, I guess. Anyway... Good luck finding the right recipe.

did you see it's cheaper on amazon in bulk? probably a stupid question but i figured i'd check since i know you are a thrifty chick. i only know because i didn't know what it was and had to google and the amazon link came up and it said you save something big like $10 or $11 buying in bulk from them with free shipping. i figured that was a pretty sweet deal if you use it frequently.

Basic GF flour mix

4 cups brown rice flour
1 1/3 cups potato starch
2/3 cup tapioca flour

makes 6 cups. Store in the fridge! I use this all the time for my dd who cannot have gluten!
