I would probably get a true fit for the baby, but maybe a radian xtsl. I would probably take my daughter to the store and let her pick whichever high back booster she liked the best and get her that (as long as the belt fit on her was good).

If I were to still have the car I have now, I'd stick with the True Fit we have, it fits the car perfectly, it fits my son great, he's pretty thin so we should make it to 3 RFing and it has a tall enough shell. If we got another car, I may try a Radian out again, it wouldn't install well in our car, so that is why we then got a TF, but I'd love to be able to RF even longer than 3.
