Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip - YUM!

We make this a lot at our house...we can eat it for dinner on a weekend!

DH and I like Tostidos with it and I boil my chicken and then shred it very fine in the Oster. Super yummy!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip - YUM!

I might have to try this one too... I've tried a few others that are similar but I've never been 100% happy with them... I really want to love it though, lol.

I forget to add that it is much better with shredded rotisserie or baked/bbq'd chicken than the canned stuff.

This is how I do it too but I shred it with forks - not a fan of the canned chicken.

Everyone raves over this stuff. I bring it in a crockpot to parties with celery and baguette and it's gone really quickly!

Re: Buffalo Chicken Dip - YUM!

I usually don't even use chicken, and I always use bleu cheese instead of ranch.

I like it cooked in the oven - yum!!
