meringue
i made these for the 1st time last night, 2 egg whites and 100g of castor sugar, cooked for an hour and a half on the lowest setting on my oven. so pleased that they turned out great!! they have all been eaten today between DS and myself. but i have just a few questions.
are the supposed to be almost like marshmallow in the middle? was just a small amount at the bottom of each one, everything else was hard. does this mean i have to cook for a little longer? and what can i make with these yummy treats?? thanks ![]() Advertisement |
