At the bottom of each post, there are a few buttons. This one:

will let you make a new post and quote the post in which that button was when you pressed it. If you want to quote several posts in your reply, then you'll use this button:

Just press that button in each post that you want to quote (It will change color to show you that it's toggled on, then just click it again to deselect it.) Then you'll press:

and it will open up the reply screen with all the little quoted posts in there.
