What would you do?

So here is the deal. On November 17th I purchased 3 Wonder Wrap covers from someone on the swap.
She accepted my money and then I didn't hear from her again that day.
So on the 19th I sent her a note asking when she would be shipping them, if I could have a tracking number to go with the shipment (asked total 4 times for tracking number).
She proceded to tell me that she was having some problems at home and wanted to wash the covers again befor shipping. I was okay with that, Monday would be fine. Still not answer to the tracking number question.
On the 24th, I sent her a message agian asking if they had been mailed yet because I have not heard anything from her and she said that they were mailed on the 22nd from her DH's work place and they should be here any day now.
Again I asked for a tracking number and was told because DH shipped them there is no tracking number.
Its the 1st of December and they are still not here. If they were shipped on the 22nd they should have made it.
I left some negative feed back yesterday about all the above and she actually got mad and acted like she had done nothing wrong.
I am starting a PP dispute if they are not here by Friday.

What would you do if you were in my situation?

Do you think I have given enought time and been patient enough?

I even told her when I purchased from her that I have been screwed over before and was worried about that when she just accepted my money and didn't respond to me again.

Yep, you are absolutely right to be mad. If they would have been shipped on the 22nd they would have already gotten to you. I think she hadn't or hasn't shipped them and just did not want to tell you. Don't feel bad about it. Mamas on here should be legit in saying what's going on or they shouldn't even sell on here to begin with.

Not necessarily I had one package shipped on the 17th just show up at the buyers PO yesterday and that was first class mail. Parcel Post can take a few weeks at this time of the year. And let's not even talk about international packages

What is a 'swap'...do you mean FSOT? If not and this transaction didn't happen on this board you can't leave negative feedback as you should be working it out on the board it was transacted on. But...that said the communication definitely could have been better...I believe that is key to all transactions.

I agree...they are swamped right now!

It can take awhile this time of year! Something that was shipped to me on the 18th just showed up today.
