Re: Is it EC or my DS?

Woo hoo, we had a dry dipe this morning and a big catch after he work up. And, even better....only 1 miss all day with Daddy while I was at work I told DH he is an EC master!

Awesome! If I'd had gotten up at 4am to put DS on the potty instead of just cuddle him back to sleep, we probably would have had a dry diaper this morning. I was just too tired. One day ...

Re: Is it EC or my DS?

I believe EC has helped DD have mostly dry nights and have better bladder control (holding it to wait until she gets to the potty and emptying out better). At around 10-12 months, she began to have dry nights. Now at 16 months, she has gone a few days at a time only wetting 1-2 diapers per day, although there are days we have plenty of misses. I have a friend whom I introduced to EC-ing and she started with her DD pretty much straight out of the hospital. At 2-3 months old, the baby was already having dry nights (or at between nursing times at night).

Re: Is it EC or my DS?

My baby WILL NOT go to the potty during the night. No way. which is great, because I don't really wake up enough to take her. But, I know that if I take her around 10:00 pm and then we get up by 7 or so, she'll probably be dry
